Design Narrative:

This project was a New Single Family Residence and Detached Garage located on Sugarloaf Mountain in Boulder County.

The vacant site where this residence resides is comprised of steep grade and numerous boulders and vegetation which required a number of retaining walls.  The structure is comprised of ICF making it an extremely energy efficient structure.  Other assemblies include steel framing for the deck, a two-story garage, and exterior stone and stucco.
